Will I have to sign for delivery?

For most items, yes you will, as products have previously been lost in the post, so it provides tracking and confirmation for myself and you. Once posted I will email and confirm the tracking number.

Are there customs fees if you send to me outside the UK?

Not usually, but you will be responsible for any if your country does apply them. I've not heard any problems from customers in European countries, USA, Canada or Australia.

Can I get a refund or change the size? 

Yes, but please contact me with 14 days of receipt my email or the Contact Form. I can only refund the product price when I get it back, so not the postage, and you will have to pay for return postage as well. Hopefully we won't ever have to do this, as I think you'll love my products.
